I'm not even looking at character consistency [*]. In terms of consistency I'm looking at three things primarily.

1. Spells: Even there I'm concentrating on my own chapters and letting inconsistencies on the seventh and third spells slide in other authors' chapters.

2. Item behavior: Here, I'm thinking of the change in how masks and memories work for people who aren't Will (it's supposed to be much slower for them.) This is the one that is going to make early branches and chapters very hard to deal with. There may be some other item behaviors that I'll discover when I look back through them.

3. Time and settings: Saratoga Falls was very vague early on, and I paid no attention to the calendar and class schedules. This is another place where early branches are going to cause problems.

[*] If I see a way of fixing characterization in my own chapters, I might do it. I'm not going to worry about shifting characterization in other people's chapters. Moreover, I'm not the least bit interested in shifting characterization with people like Eva and Jessica and Jenny Ashton. The only character shifts that I might ask about are the ones that impact the plot in other parts of the interactive.
