Default order of book entries...

I know how to go to "Manage Book" and arrange the order in which the entries will display but I must say that, for the most part, it is a pain in the tush.

I want my books to display from oldest to newest almost all the time. I wish there was simply an option to choose this as the way the chapters/entries will be listed.

I know there are some others who would appreciate it also so that Chapter 1 would always be Chapter 1...

Just saying...
