The Lighthouse Short Story Contest

I'm sorry for the delay for I have no internet connection. Due to the ice and snow storm that has hit most of our nation. I live in northeastern Mississippi and it will be a few days before I gain it back. If I get it back sooner I will be able to resume reviews and judging. I thank you all for your patience. Please, do not do any edits or it will disqualify your entry. I'd use my phone but it would be difficult to give an accurate review of the entries. Sorry for the inconvenience but Mother Nature still has me beat. Hope ya'll are staying warm. I lost power last night for an hour. It was starting to get real cold in my house. I don't have carpet to hold the heat in. Nice in the summer though. I will let everyone know when it resumes. Thank you!
