The Whatever Contest -- Closed for Now

Well, Schnujo, here is that second poem as requested.

Free Verse is outside of my comfort zone, but I think I did about as well as I have ever done with this one.

I hope you enjoy it. By the way, the little baby in the photo I used for this poem is "Yours Truly." I chose, that pic because it illustrates the poem, nicely. My parents started their lasting friendship in their youth. I joined the circle a couple of years afterward. They are now continuing their friendship by walking together throughout the Eternal Day. I have had to deal with the sadness of walking this Terran sod without them for now, but I look forward to being reunited with them at some point by the Grace of the Lord.
