Update for the week of August 16 to 22, 2021
Writing
My goal is 750 words a day. (5225 for the week) - *Checkg* - Morning Pages are happening each morning + other writing, but very little creative work.
Do a contest this week. Not yet.
Virtual writing meetings for this week:
Wed. 4:30 - 6 pm Poetry Workshop *Checkg*; 7 - 8 pm Spiritual Life Writing *Checkg*: 7:30 to 9:30 pm GWN *X*

Reading:
Reading goal of 30 books. I have read 28 so far.
A - Z book challenge - completed A, B, C, D, E, F, H, L. M, O, S, T, U, V & W. Recorded in Goodreads.
Currently Reading Julia Cameron's The Listening Path - Week #4. I have completed the week and read the next week (on Saturday). I finished reading Agatha Christie's The Tuesday Club Murders. I am reading Allen Arnold's Waves of Creativity. Began C.L. Polk's The Midnight Bargain - a Canada Reads contender (that I was interested in).

Thursday I have my LTO Feedback phone call - *Checkg* - I wrote down what I could as quickly as I could.
Thursday I also have a webinar in the Getting Hired Series at 7:30 - 9 pm. *Checkg*
Thursday I also have a webinar (will have to be the replay) for the Classroom Routines. I downloaded the resources and still need to view the replay.
Thursday I can also apply to LTOs and Specialty Assignments (ACE Classes) - So far I have applied to 10 positions. (I have until Monday at 4:30 pm to apply to more).
I am continuing to read The Google Infulsed Classroom by Holly Clark & Tanya Avrith.
Work on going through my papers and sort my STUFF from this last school year. Not yet.
Take my books and supplies back to my Storage Unit. Not yet.
Clean up my desk area. Not yet.

Health
10,000 steps a day. (low 2x). I have one day below 3500, Most days have been above 7200 and two days were over 10K.
Complete 1 - 3 yoga sessions or any kind of stretching. None.
Complete 1 - 3 meditation sessions. Every night before bed, as well as one at 3:30 am and one Sahaja Yoga Zoom session on Sunday. *Checkg*
I am trying to refocus on the Cinderella Solutions diet, or at least manage not to gain weight. Struggling.
No eating after 8 pm. Missed most days this week.

Other:
Vacuum the basement - not yet.
Laundry and clothes put away. No laundry this week.
Clean out my car. Not yet.
