Weekly Goals

It's been one hell of a week! I cleared out all the ornamental bamboo roots, which are like wooden spaghettis. Unfortunately, yesterday at the end of the project, I hit a water pipe with the mattock. Put a pretty healthy hole in it along with a good crack and had water EVERYWHERE. Had to call the water company to come and shut off the water since the main valve didn't do it and then had to call my hubby.
He drove 3 hrs back home to fix the broken pipe, my hero! He drove back up today to finish his projects up in the mountains.
Note to self: stay away from mattocks

Going to spend the weekend filling in all this mess with dirt so I can finish my project of putting in pavers.
