Time to slow down and regroup.
1. Put two (2) stories out for paid publication - DONE
2. Write at most two (2) entries for Writer's Cramp (instead of three to five)
3. Submit to one of the Anniversary contests
4. Collaborate with another WdC writer
5. Finish my 15 reviews for the Newbie Welcome Wagon (12 down, three to go by Aug 31)
UPDATE:
Re #1: Pared 1000 words down to 800 words for Woman's World romance. Submitted it and a 700 word cozy mystery. I have four previous submissions to this market, all rejected. But it pays well so I will keep trying. I also submitted
Knit and Run (E) Winner. Knitting as physiotherapy might bring more pain than it cures. #2253750 by Graywriter
to an online humour magazine for a token payment.
Re #3: I tracked down Contests Central.
