*Target*Goals for the week of August 30 to Sept. 5, 2021
Writing
My goal is 750 words a day. (5225 for the week)
Do a contest this week. I just completed my short story for the Distorted Tales Contest. - "Distorted Lives Open in new Window.
Virtual writing meetings for this week:
Mon. 7 pm Discord GWN *Checkg*
Wed. 8 to 9:30 pm GWN

Reading:
Reading goal of 30 books. I have read 28 so far.
A - Z book challenge - completed A, B, C, D, E, F, H, L. M, O, S, T, U, V & W. Recorded in Goodreads.
Currently Reading Julia Cameron's The Listening Path - Week #6. I am reading Allen Arnold's Waves of Creativity. I am also reading C.L. Polk's The Midnight Bargain.

Work:
Thursday - I have a webinar to replay from Learners Edge. And another one to watch on Thursday.
Start getting things set up for the new school year
Work on going through my papers and sort my STUFF from this last school year.
Take my books and supplies back to my Storage Unit.
Clean up my desk area.

Health
10,000 steps a day. (low 2x; 4x high).
Complete 1 - 3 yoga sessions or any kind of stretching.
Complete 1 - 3 meditation sessions.
I am trying to refocus on the Cinderella Solutions diet, or at least manage not to gain weight.
No eating after 8 pm.

Other:
Vacuum the basement
Laundry and clothes put away.
Clean out my car.
