Have you given up?
I have been monitoring my position on the Nano list. I'm moving up, but not because I'm writing a lot more. A lot of people below me have not progressed at all. It seems a shame to spend a month in preparation then drop out. Maybe some have work commitments etc. but I get the feeling most have simply given up.

You have an outline. Fill it out a little more each day. Before you know it, you're half way there. Keep going.
