         My guess is that this character has an ESP or extra-sensory perception of some kind as well as telepathy. That's a very cool idea, but you need to be very detailed in the exactness of his powers, if he is to be a "superhero".
         I'd also be interested in knowing your ideas for his vilains, the place where this takes place (fictional or real city?), and possibly a little history behind him before the accident.
