I was born severely arachnophobic; if I saw one on a tv program I freaked, and even as a young child had phobic nightmares. So a couple years ago, I started what I call "Aversion Self-Therapy" after reading about psychologists practicing Aversion Therapy. I started, naturally, with Arachnophobia, then Pyrophobia, and terror of home invasions. I still need to do it for Hydrophobia, phobia of axe Murders, fear of freight trains,simple stuff like that. It's really worked efficiently for me.
