I am already getting the handle on it. It's chronic underweight, during almost a year already. Malnutrition due to (at times heavy) sports but still low-calorie food (I had to lose 50 pounds four years ago).
Now I have to adjust nutrition in a way that I gain weight again, but not tip into a yo-yo to the other extreme again.
And that needs the dry theory as well as the tangible plan.
