Habits were healthy, until I started doing sports excessively after someone beloved died, without adjusting my (actually healthy) nutrition, though. I was malnourished because I took in healthy, but too little energy.
Yup, there aren't that many books on the subject. "More" is still rather the norm than "Less". But until now they have promising nutritional potential (recipes!).
I'm under way of writing about finding those lost pounds again, and the community can take part in browsing "MEHR HUNGER!" and hopefully a bit more regular, on "Invalid Item" .
