Given all the testing and reporting on this....
I think it's possibly/probably an issue specifically with mobile browsers dynamically loading new content.

And given that... I have an idea or two to try on this.
I also have a possible band-aid for unclosed tags...
Whether or not it's a good enough band-aid, we'll have to see through some testing.

Anyway... I will have something pushed out to the main server this afternoon.
