Suggestion Box

When we see the white IM box pop up telling us we have an IM, it would be nice if it said who it's from. I'd like this feature because I have a person who IMs me a lot (and in the past, I've had several people who do so) and sometimes I don't have time to get into an IM conversation, but then from time to time, it turns out to be someone else who needed something, sometimes even something time sensitive. I didn't check my IM immediately, assuming it was from the person (or, as in the past, one of the people) who IMs me a lot.

Yes, I should just check all IMs and tell the people who are IMing me so much that I don't have time, but when they are in emotional distress--the typical reason they IM me--I don't have the heart to tell them I don't have time for them right now.
