Noticing Newbies

I could say a million little things, to make me seem more appealing, but I won't. I could list every attribute that makes me appear desirable, but I'm not going to. Instead, I want people to focus on the things that truly matter. I'm not here to win a beauty contest, or just here to collect trophies. I'm simply here, because I love to write. Journal after journal, and page after page, I have written down my thoughts. And when you put all of your heart and soul into something, you want to be able to share it with others, who can appreciate it as much as you do. Am I the best writer the world has to offer? Not by far, but I'm learning as I go. Poetry, lyrics, short stories, it doesn't matter, I like it all. I even enjoy writing out our grocery list at home. I also love to read, and find other writers with the same interests. I usually don't have a lot to say, but will give my honest opinion when needed. I'm really excited to be a part of this community, and I am looking forward to getting to know as many of you as possible. Thank you all in advance for reading my work, and for your honest feedback.
