Writing
My goal is to write 750 words a day. I need to rebuild my writing stamina.
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able:
Dec. 26 to January 1 - Fresh Start happens at noon each day. I need a reboot.
Winter Solstice Writers Retreat - Dec. 28 to January 8th (I believe) - with Beth Kempton.
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN
Thurs. 1 pm Paris Ready, Set, Write!
Sat & Sun a session each day with the Paris Ready, Set, Write!
Sunday is a full day write with Ninja Writers.
Reading
Goal of 30 books - Goodreads: currently at 26 books. I need to get on this. Only days to finish before the end of the year.
I am continuing to read Sophie Cousens's Before I Do. I am also reading Calm Christmas by Beth Kempton. I am also rereading Fresh Start – a Ninja Writer kindle book.
Working
I am working in an LTO until February 3, 2023.
Planning for class
Try to add my observations on the Tracking sheets.
Put IEP and Safety Plans into OSRs if I can get into the school over Christmas Break.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes.
Meditation - at least 1 session.
Drink at least 2L a day.
Eat more fiber and protein.
No eating after 8 pm.
Other
Clean cat boxes.
Recycling Bins out.
