Writing
My goal is to write 750 words a day. I need to rebuild my writing stamina. I haven't managed 750 everyday, but I have done better this week. As of Saturday night (New Year's Eve) I have 4670 words. So I am on track.
Writing Activities:
Dec. 26 to January 1 - Fresh Start happens at noon each day. I need a reboot. This has been a wonderful week.

Winter Solstice Writers Retreat - Dec. 28 to January 8th - with Beth Kempton. This has been very refreshing.

Sunday is a full day write with Ninja Writers. Will join after Paris group.
Reading
I accomplished my goal of 30 books by Dec. 31.
Working - I have done nothing about this this week - taking a true week off.
I am working in an LTO until February 3, 2023.
Planning for class
Try to add my observations on the Tracking sheets.
Put IEP and Safety Plans into OSRs if I can get into the school over Christmas Break.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes.
Meditation - at least 1 session.
Drink at least 2L a day.
Eat more fiber and protein.
No eating after 8 pm. Most days
Other
Clean cat boxes.
Recycling Bins out.
Vacuum and damp mop the messy basement areas.

Get one day in with Kyle over the holidays. Call his mom to set that up. In the works.
