Reading
Make a new goal on Goodreads.com. I am thinking 25 to start.
I am continuing to read Sophie Cousens's Before I Do and Calm Christmas by Beth Kempton.
Working
I am working in an LTO until February 3, 2023.
Planning for class
Try to add my observations on the Tracking sheets.
Put IEP and Safety Plans into OSRs if I can get into the school over Christmas Break.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes.
Meditation - at least 1 session.
Drink at least 2L a day.
Eat more fiber and protein.
No eating after 8 pm.
Other
Clean cat boxes.
Recycling Bins and garbage out.
Get one day in with Kyle over the holidays. It will be Wednesday this week.
