When I set the challenge, I intended it to be specific awarded titles, but someone else asked me if they could review a book that isn’t awarded by Toni Morrison (who, obviously, is awarded) and I said yes. I think that makes it a bit broader for our choices, doesn’t it? So, yes. An awarded author is fine, even if the book wasn’t one of their winners.
