The freebies come from the businesses sponsoring NaNo, so yes, they are in business. *Wink* But allowing us to use their software for October and November for free and giving a 20% discount (in many cases) for participants who wish to purchase it and up to 60% discount to winners purchasing it, depending on the company/product. *Party*
