The week before Christmas... when the scrambling to get everything done begins.
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I missed last Sunday and had to restart my writing streak over at Day 1. This week was so busy... I doubt I got even close to 5250 words.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry, blogs. Got two paragraphs thought out for my Prompt It To Ya! blog... which I will finish after Christmas.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able: I did none this week.
Wed. 7 pm - either GWN or Michelle's Group.
Reading:
I have read 27 of my 25 books as part of my Goodreads Challenge.
Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
Also reading The Beginning of Everything by Jackie Fraser. Done. Began The Book Club Hotel by Sarah Morgan.
Work:
Currently doing an LTO at Prueter PS - until January 19, 2024.
Work Thursday night with my client. I canceled because it got too overwhelming by week's end.
Health:
6K a day - I managed over 10K most days including Sunday = 6 out of 7 days.
Meditation - 1 session done.
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. I have been being more conscious about drinking my water this week.
Follow my Ayurveda diet plan. Not really.
No eating after 8 pm. no.
No screen time after 8 pm. no.
To bed by 10 pm. no.

Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
