Last full week of December and 2023. Can you believe it?
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I believe I have written at least 5250 words this week. Not everything was put into 750words.com as I was writing in various worksheets for Fresh Start and the Winter Writing Sanctuary.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry, blogs. Need to work on my Prompt It To Ya! Beginning of Winter blog, it is still in the works.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Wed. 7 pm - either GWN or Michelle's Group.
Fresh Start begins December 26 to January 1, 2024.
Winter Writing Sanctuary begins December 28 and goes until January 7, 2024.

Reading:
I have read 28 of my 25 books as part of my Goodreads Challenge.
Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
Also reading The Book Club Hotel by Sarah Morgan.
Work:
Currently doing an LTO at Prueter PS - until January 19, 2024.
Health:
6K a day - all days have been over 7K with one day over 15K.
Meditation - I managed at least 7, if not more using my Fitbit app.
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. I have been consciously making the effort to drink more water.
Follow my Ayurveda diet plan. Not really, but I have made more meals this week.
No eating after 8 pm. Not really.
No screen time after 8 pm. Not really.
To bed by 10 pm. One night I managed this!

Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
