Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I did not make this goal and I missed writing on Sunday again!
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry, blogs. I entered a flash fiction contest on WDC and got an honourable mention.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:

Wed. 7 pm - either GWN (in person) or Michelle's Group.
Sat. 11 am Cre8tive Collection
Sun 12 pm Working Writer

Reading:
Join the new challenge for 2024. Joined on January 15, 2024. I almost forgot.
Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
Also reading The Book Club Hotel by Sarah Morgan and Glow-Worthy by Katie Silcox.
Work:
Currently doing an LTO at Prueter PS - until January 19, 2024.
Continue to plan and get my Fob reinstated {picked it up on Wednesday morning} so I can access my Google drive for work,
Health:
7K a day - I had 6 days over 8K.
Meditation - I had 4 sessions.
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. I managed to increase my water consumption.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - 28 day challenge... being done slowly. I have completed 3 days.
Sun. 12 pm live Zoom Body Groove
Follow my Ayurveda diet plan. Not really.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled.
No screen time after 8 pm. Sturggled.
To bed by 10 pm. Struggled.
