There’s no way to answer question 1 without more information, though there’s most likely no shortage of ways a clever person could get a mask of Chelsea if they really wanted to. Just as a basic idea, get a mask on Kim by asking her to talk privately about an issue. Pretty well established that she’s kind enough and helpful enough to willingly do something like that. Use Kim’s mask to either get Chelsea alone to talk, or get to somebody who could.

As for question 2, assuming that Clover/Chelsea didn’t have a pre existing interest in Will, I’m personally thinking that Clover was fucking with Will beforehand in a mundane way for their own amusement because the video gave them an opportunity, and as they worked their way through the book, they decided that since they were already messing with Will, they might as well take it a step further and it all spiraled from there. The fact that the ways that Clover has been messing with Will have been escalating more and more makes me extremely skeptical that this sudden interest in Will is anything more than another way of messing with or manipulating him. Especially given that the most recent chapter ends with Clover asking Will for help moving dirt, presumably graveyard dirt for spells. I can’t help but think she’s wants Will as a minion, and is manipulating him with sex in a very Chelsea like way.
