March-Book 1
Michael Vey: The Prisoner of Cell 25 by Paul Evans. The main character Michael has Turrets and as part of introducing himself he debunks the stereotypical view by explaining that most people with that syndrome do not constantly swear all the time.

The series itself is very gripping and has a wide variety of characters. I can't say much more without huge spoilers, but Michael is like King Arther, rucuiting former enemies to help his cause fighting an extremly powerful and immoral energy corporation that is bent on controlling the world by controlling its electricity.
