Ok the new info that "Clover Mystery" was a pen name that Catherine used to write, either means "Clover Mystery" is someone close to Catherine and knew that info, and they are using the name to frame Catherine, or the person that has Laura appearance and says they are Catherine are the real "Clover Mystery" and they lied to Adam, that could be one of the reason as to why Laura as Catherine doesn't have her memory, she would know that Catherine is not "Clover Mystery", or even the obvious one that Catherine is the real "Clover Mystery" and she doesn't want other people to know about the book.

If it is the 1st option the swaps are actually:

Will > Adam
Adam > Will
Laura > Catherine
Catherine > Laura

Clover Mystery = someone that is close to Catherine

If it is the 2nd option the swaps are actually:

Will > Adam
Adam > Will
Laura > Catherine (no memories cause she would know Catherine did not use the pen name "Clover Mystery")
Catherine > Unknown
Clover Mystery > Laura (with Catherine memories)

Clover Mystery = unknown identity

If it is the 3rd option the swaps are actually:

Will > Adam
Adam > Will
Laura > Catherine (no memories cause she would know about the swaps and the book)
Catherine > Laura

Clover Mystery = Catherine
