The scale of this magnificent fort has to be seen to be believed. It's astonishing. The imposing gate and red sandstone walls make for a memorable first impression. Some lovely courtyards, gardens and palaces inside and you get a great view of the river below as well as the Taj Mahal in the semi distance.. Agra Fort makes for a fantastic way to spend an afternoon.
