Squash Bugs

Does anyone have any natural remedies for getting rid of squash Bugs? Noticed some on my zucchini plant and it's just starting to bloom and produce well.

I've seen mixing 1 teaspoon dish soap, 1teaspoon vegetable oil to 2 cups water and spraying plants. Has anyone tried this one and it work?
