Question of the Day!

Learning a new skill, Oh My! A task indeed for an old dog. The key here is "Skill," which implies knowing how to do something repeatable and successfully.

Sadly, I do all three versions. I often waste time and money applying my wealth of experience and exaggerated confidence. Then, once failed. I look it up on YouTube. Usually, if the project costs more than a grand of our inflated cash ... I order the books and pamphlets from the experts.

This, the above practice notwithstanding providence, I call a Pro and pay him to make it happen. This method also carries over to skills I have ... but no longer care to exercise, like changing the oil in my truck or car or doing my Taxes.
