First, I would take a break. Losing it generally means I am pushing too hard and expecting too much. Taking a break and doing something unrelated gets me out of that funky headspace.
Filling my creative well is one thing I can do during that break. Doing things that bring the spark back will fill the creative well. I go by myself and explore something fun. This can be anything from browsing a stationary store and buying a new pen or going to the zoo or a museum or an art gallery or even taking a nature walk and really being present in the experience.
Another thing I do, particularly if my 'writer's voice' is lost due to stress, is tackle some of the things that are building that stress. This could be anything from cleaning up my writing space to paying bills or making a doctor's appointment - whatever is bothering me that needs doing, I do so that is done and off my 'worry plate'.
I have also been known to write something completely different. Switch from my novel to poetry or write something completely new. Play with it. Write badly.
And sometimes I just need a nap or a day to watch TV - marathon watching.
