Angelica Weatherby-Fallishere It seems to me you suffer from something called Overchoice  . It causes stress and limits your ability to choose in the first place.

That said, you have a few lovely options for NaNoWriMo. There is no bad choice as far as I can tell. If you can not choose from the heart, make a list and give reasons why you should write that particular angle. Or use the virtual dice to do the choosing for you.

Don't make it worse by stressing yourself out, writing and NaNoWriMo are first and foremost terrific and fun activities that should give you energy. But you have to limit yourself, and put boundaries.

Sleep on it! There is still time.

Personally, I love the story of a dragon.
