Quick question about catch-up entries.. right now I have a few entries in 2019. Does that mean I can catch up for 2019 by entering the previously highlighted contests from 2019 for the missing months?
To put it another way, can the catch-ups work retroactively for previous years, and must the catch-up contests be limited to contests that were highlighted in that same year? For example, if you want to catch up for 2019, you can't fill the gaps with contests that were highlighted in any other year? Or does it work differently?
