very much... I did create a book to use. I have been kicking my protagonist around. I have an idea and I can approach it from two different directions. It going to depend on my protagonist. I need to make up my mind real quick.
If I make her an abused newspaper journalist/author who snapped and stabbed her husband and left him for dead and she flees only to be found by her former-sister-in-law, a PI, and go from there...she has emotional garbage and fear of being yanked back to face trial in a kangaroo court.
Or make her a police detective, whose partner, the man she loves, was gunned down in a robbery and she is ready to resign when she is ordered to re-investigate the highly-profiled Khioli murders, a stolen diamond, and a new murder. She has a bunch of emotional garbage, rekindled interest in her job, etc., etc., etc.
