WELCOME BACK! You've been missed.  BTW, if you just go back and fill in October, November, and December 2022, you'll have finished another year. Woohoo! Then you can do 2023 -- July and October, plus April and May of 2024 and you'll have another set of 12 finished! YAY! Remember, if you decide to catch up, look for the contests to enter in the "Previously Highlighted Contests [year]" dropnotes. If there's a month with nothing open, ask an owner if they'll be opening up. If it's just timing (for a contest that opens every April, for example), wait until April OR until you've done all you can. If it's not March, I'll find you a replacement contest. If the only thing available is a contest you find offensive (such as a GC contest), you can either write something less graphic, as I have done, or I can find you something else. But you can't ask for a replacement just because the contest is long or is a genre you don't like. lol When posting your catch-up entries, remember to include the month and year you are catching up so I give you the right credit. Most contests have been highlighted repeatedly, so I don't want to give you credit for the wrong month. Post that in the forum title, along with the contest name, as usual. There's an example at the bottom of the page, just above the forum. That's why the forum jump doesn't go ALL the way to the forum -- my desperate (and often fruitless) attempt to get people to post correctly. Hahaha! Note that you're not required to catch up. I just think it's a shame to "waste" those contest entries. Also, catch up at your own pace. You're already late, so no need to stress yourself when timing doesn't matter at this point. lol Anyway, good job and good luck! You're doing fabulously!!!  |
