*Target*Goals for the week of Dec. 30 to January 5, 2025
Writing:
Write 750 words a day - (5250 words a week).
Do my Morning Pages each day and ask for guidance.
Do my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
Do a contest entries for WDC
Work on various projects - poetry and novel.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Tues. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection
Tues., Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection.

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 35 books. I have read 35 books and completed the challenge.
I am still working on Writing down the Bones (pages 90 - ? --by January ?)

Work:
Rest and recuperate.

Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after 8 pm.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm.

Other:
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bins.
Keep monitoring Shanti -
Take an Artist Date.
Getting my Online presence back.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) Make an appointment for an ultrasound on her liver. Make her appointments with GP (checkup) and Cardiologist. Also make her a hair appointment. POA stuff.
