Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I am hoping to get to 5250, but I have had two days with very poor word counts. I will have over 4K.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
I did a contest entries for WDC - Daily Flash Fiction (Jan. 7) = week #2 of I Write in 2025 and Contest Challenge (completing 8 years)
I worked on various projects - poetry and short pieces.
I participated in as many writing events as I was able:

Work:

Get some of my online training completed. Not this week.
Health:
6K steps a day - 5 days over 6K; 4 of those days over 7K.
Meditation - at least one a day.
Water - I have increased my water consumption - most days 1800 ml or above.
Body Groove - Thrive in '25 - I have completed the dance sessions for 10 day. I have caught up on most of my journal sessions.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggle with this.
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggle with this.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Struggled this week.
Other:
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bins.
Keep monitoring Shanti - struggling to get the IV in
Take an Artist Date. Not really.
Getting my Online presence back. Nothing this week.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) Make an appointment for an ultrasound on her liver. Make her appointments with GP (checkup) and Cardiologist. Also make her a hair appointment. POA stuff was completed on Sunday.
