Thanks for the review. As you said, probably not the best book to read when you're tired and driving at night I imagine the author practises meditation, from what you said, so that's why his voice was so sleep-inducing.
It does sound like an interesting book. Perhaps, not giving anyone information, though. I'm constantly trying to live in the now. My hubby is an expert at doing that. He never worries about the future. He just accepts that what he can change, he will. What he can't change ... Why worry? It's a waste of time and energy. I wish I could be more like him.
