To me this means that although we hide things from family and friends and try to hide from ourselves...we can never hide anything from God. He sees it all. When Christ returns all things good or bad will be brought to the light. There will not be anymore secrets!
We must strive to live like Christ would have us too. The Bible says that if we trust and believe in Him and try to live like he teaches all our sins are removed and He remembers them no more. We still need to ask forgiveness for those we still commit and we all sin.

If we could do this our world would be a much better place.
