Finding Your Voice as a Writer: Master the Art of Writing in Your Own Unique Style: Write With Confidence: Discover Your Unique Voice & Master Authentic Style
by C.A. Mason | 88 pages

I thought that the egregiously long title was going to be the most annoying thing about this book, and boy was I wrong. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I don't know what the heck this author did, but the eBook version that I loaded on my Kindle wasn't formatted for Kindle; it looked like the pages were actual images of a page that had been loaded onto each page (presumably to retain the "pen on the spine" graphic they used). The end result was that I couldn't change the size of the font, and was stuck reading something that couldn't possibly have been more than 6-point font. It was tiny, and super difficult to read, making these 88 pages feel like I was reading 400 pages.

Overall, the actual content of the book was fine. I'm not sure that I learned anything particularly revelatory, or that anything was presented in a way that I hadn't heard before, but it did contain some good information for someone who might never have considered how to find their voice as a writer.

Or trying to master the art of writing in their own unique style.

Or writing with confidence.

Or discovering their unique voice.

Or mastering their authentic style.

If you do want to improve on those things and you've decided that this is the book that you're going to use to do that, I would highly, highly recommend either picking up a physical copy, or loading it onto something with a very large screen like the Kindle reader app on a computer, iPad or other tablet, etc. Trying to read it on a Kindle (or worse, a phone) is going to be an exercise in frustration.
