Weekly Goals

Writing:
Write 750 words a day - 2760 words by Friday night.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when necessary.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes.
Do a contest entries for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury. Not this week.
I posted my Like poem on Wednesday - I finished and edited it.
I have reviewed for 7 of the 12 short stories and all 4 poems on Deadlines for Writers.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection - all but Wednesday
Tues. 7 pm Fiction Forge Workshop - I did some live - I'll need to do the replay.
Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection. only one there
Continue Substack workshop stuff that I copied. Not this week.

Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 20 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.

Work:
Be prepared to supply each day. I worked one and a half days this week.
Do online training that still needs to be done.

Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day.
Body Groove - Did a variety of sessions to work the range of motion in my elbow.
Do my physio exercises to increase the range of motion in my left elbow

Got my x-ray on Friday - because of the long weekend.
No eating after 8 pm.
No screen time after 9 pm.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm.

Other:
Take out Green and Blue Recycling bins.
Take an Artist Date - planned on going to the Riverside Readers Festival on Saturday, but I had to cancel as my mother's dementia was very BAD. Didn't do anything else...
Getting my Online presence back.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.)
Managed to get her car sold and get another copy of her ownership.
Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
