You're outgoing, positive (yeah, I know you mentioned that), and already write pretty well (that's from your introduction). deemac  's right about your Portfolio. Members WILL stop by to see who you are and what interests you. But that information needs to be 'present and accounted for' in your Biography tab. If you have a couple stories or poems you could post will also kick-start your journey with us.I've found the best way to learn about the site is to take a few minutes every time you log on to poke about the Navigation menu (on the left side of every page). And to learn how to post your first item, check out "Create/Edit a Static Item"  in WDC's reference guide, "Writing.Com 101" . You can find a link to that guide at the top of every page.
