In order to burn out, I'd probably need to do some homework or something... Yeah, it's not going well. I thought I'd get more done at my friend's house, but between the lack of motivation and her adorable semi-feral kitty suddenly taking a liking to me, I'm not. That cat waits until my friend goes to her room, then won't leave me alone. She claws at me and insists on being petted nonstop. She will sometimes sit in my lap, but her preferred stance is on her hind feet with her claws in my pants. Ow! I can get her on all 4 feet if I bend over, but then I REALLY can't get any work done. I can't put her outside because my friend found her with a couple of kittens, so we have to keep her inside, lest she wander off and leave them. But now that she's discovered the wonders of getting petted, it's getting very annoying! lol It's weird that she only does this when my friend goes to her room, though. My friend has other cats and likes cats. Everyone seems to get along, but for some reason, this cat has really become attached to me, well, secretly attached to me, like she doesn't want my friend to know. lol  |
