Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I started off the week strong, then quickly tapered, bettr on the weekend. I have almost 5K of words.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when needed.
I did my check ins for Dragon Vale (several times) and Habit Heroes (most days)
I did a contest entries for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury (not yet)
I did 4 reviews for short stories on Deadlines for Writers getting me up to date.
I worked on my Deadlines for Writers story with the prompt: Loyal.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. to Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection - I did all but Tues. and Thursday
Tues. 7 pm Fiction Forge Workshop - can do replay. - forgot.

Thurs. 7 pm Cre8tive Collection. too tired.

Continue Substack workshop stuff that I copied.
Reading:
Goodreads 2025 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 22 books so far.
I am doing Rachel's Reading Room Challenge again this year.
Work:

Organize 2024 / 2025 year and 'put it to bed' - not yet.
Health:
6K steps a day - so far all days over 6K (Mon - Sat); Thursday was 17,867! Almost 54K this week.
Meditation - most days morning and night.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. Struggling with this lately.
Body Groove - Do a variety of sessions that work range of motion but don't put weight on my left elbow - have been feeling my allergies in my joints these past couple of weeks.
Do my physio exercises to increase the range of motion in my left elbow

No eating after 8 pm. Struggle
No screen time after 9 pm. Struggle.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. Struggle.
Other:
Take out Green and Blue Recycling bins. {ec;checkg}
Take an Artist Date. Took an hour and went to Holly's Cafe on Tuesday while Sam was getting Chemo. Also took Wednesday to walk about downtown Guelph and enjoy time at The Red Brick Cafe before joining my writing friends at 7 pm at Williams.
Getting my Online presence back. Set up a meeting with Michelle to work on this on Monday July 14. Need to get things in order to make that meeting productive.
Help mother manage her finances and other things (laundry, meals, etc.) - deposited $$ for selling her car; still need to cancel her insurance.
Make appointment with her Cardiologist.
Get the rest of the POA stuff to the proper places.
Get her to do her activities to have her urine tested and return the samples to the lab.
