Great way you have it all balanced. I'm not a 50/50 type person who needs and equal amount of home and being out. I'm closer to 90% being home. I do so much off the computer I am mostly home but I do venture out to let the neighbors know I'm not a vampire or something...lol
Not sure if I could say I'm an introvert. Driving buses and interacting with 1-2k people a day never made an introvert. Then you could argue I had to be a bit open with people because it was my job. When I came home after driving. My wife couldn't even find me, I hid so well. Just let me unwind. Passengers was enough but then I also dealt with every idiot on the road driving and that included some of the other drivers I worked with. Had some real bad drivers.
I'm more of a loner or solitary person. I can interact with a crowd when I have to. So, I would go with being an ambivert as well. Maybe just not as much as you.
I understand where you're coming from. Too much of any one thing can drive you batty...lol
