Sorry for the delay. Increased storage is on the soon to-do list. I had wanted to get that out for the birthday, but it didn't happen. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say by new year -- but maybe sooner.

Images, for their part in your post, are an issue with the visual content and moderation. For the obvious legal reasons, we have a pretty strict policy on what images can contain and the content rating they have to meet. Allowing images linked from other places to be displayed within our Writing.Com domain is just not something I have an interest in trying to moderate here. Yes, I do understand the inability to include offsite images is disappointing to some folks and it's a shame is that keeps them from using Writing.Com ... but when it comes to that, it is what it is.
