Weekly Goals

Writing:
Write 750 words a day - I believe I made my goal.
I did my Morning Pages each day and asked for guidance when needed.
Winter Writing Sanctuary & Virtual Writing Retreat - continue working on this
I did a few check ins for Dragon Vale
I did my check ins for Habit Heroes in Google Doc: Goals and Accountability
Do a contest entry for WDC and a short story for The Bradbury - working on a story, but I missed the deadline for the contest.
Deadlines for Writer's new prompts posted Jan. 7 and Jan. 14
Review 4 short stories and 4 poems on Deadlines for Writers - not yet.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Tues, Thurs., & Fri. 9 am Cre8tive Collection
Mon & Wed. after noon Cre8tive Collection

Reading:
Goodreads 2026 Reading Challenge: 30 books. Read 1 books so far.

Work:
Be ready to supply each weekday. I have 1 day scheduled
Organize for 2025 / 2026 school year.

Health:
6K steps a day
Meditation - Intention Setting Challenge
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. I have had 1500ml a day.
Body Groove - Manifesting Magic in 2026 - 30 day challenge
Tai Chi Walking - in Simple app - like the app, don't like the workouts on the app
No eating after 8 pm. Doing intermittent fasting
No screen time after 9 pm.
Re-establish my bedtime for closer to 10:30 pm.

Other:
Take out Garbage, Green. and Blue Recycling bins.
Take an Artist Date: For my birthday I took the day to do what I wanted. Friday I went to a craft and hobby shop to by a watercolour sketchbook. I want to do a challenge with andrea.nelson.art
Getting my Online presence back. Nothing this week
