There is no "justify" here, because there is no "justify" for HTML.

As far as why your paragraphs look a little odd, it's because you've got indents on some of your paragraphs and none on the others. If you go back and either take all of the indents out and use an extra space between each paragraph... or... put indents consistently at the beginning of each paragraph and take out your extra spacing, then your item should look great.
