Eli, i'm so happy to hear that you're ok!!
It's ok that you don't feel like communicating with your computer right now, just don't feel guilty about neglecting your duties, I mean, everybody should be happy with what you've done so far, and the first thing/person you have to think about is yourself, if you feel like stopping, that it's all too much for you right now, then you should stop.
As simple as that.
Anyway, hope to have you back here again soon, we (or at least I do) miss your posts!!
