Man, after what I just read after replying to Cait's post, I feel as though I should have sent that to everyone. Well, except for Fleur. Have I scared her away from coming back here again? *bites lip worriedly*

But seriously, Dr Nikki recommends some quality Cait time as well as Yana time and Alex time... Ellie time too if she is lurking around in her own forum from Wales. Has anyone heard of how she is faring over there yet? Maybe she and Fea have kidnapped each other and that is why none of them are writing??

Hopefully this lighthearted post has sent everyone into a least a ghost of a smile and shown you all that the depression is not endless. You'll be happy again.
